Terms of Use and Sale
These terms govern access to and use of PassFast products and related services provided by PASSFAST LEARNING LLC.

These Terms govern eaexam.co, app.eaexam.co, PassFast accounts, checkout, digital Enrolled Agent exam learning content and tools, Sarah and other AI or support features, and related communications (the "Services"). The seller and contracting party is PASSFAST LEARNING LLC, 2540 Executive Center Circle, Suite 100, DPT #25140, Tallahassee, Florida 32301-5015, United States ("PassFast," "we," "us"). These Terms do not reduce consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived where you live.
Eligibility and authority
A purchaser must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. A learner age 13 through 17 may use the service only through an account authorized by an adult purchaser, who remains responsible for the purchase and required notices. Children under 13 may not use the service. If you purchase for another learner or an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so. Individual accounts may not be shared except as the purchased plan expressly permits.
What PassFast provides
PassFast provides independent preparation for the IRS Special Enrollment Examination. A plan may include all-part practice questions, explanations, study-guide or course material, diagnostic and performance tools, AI study assistance, support, and other features described before checkout. The specific plan, price, currency, included features, taxes, access period, and commercial guarantee shown in the order flow control when they are more favorable.
PassFast is not the IRS or PSI and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. PassFast does not schedule the examination, set exam fees, decide enrollment, or provide tax return preparation, legal advice, taxpayer representation, or a professional opinion through the learning Services.
One-time purchase and license
Plans are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions, unless checkout clearly and expressly says otherwise before payment. A one-time purchase does not save a payment method or authorize future charges. After successful payment and activation, PassFast grants the purchaser or authorized learner a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the included Services for individual study.
The standard paid plan includes 12 months of access from activation. An optional Checkout add-on (Unlimited Until Pass), priced as shown at checkout and subject to applicable tax, extends an eligible account to unlimited access until the learner passes the Enrolled Agent exam. That add-on is not included in the standard plan unless the order expressly says so. If a pre-existing entitlement is later verified, PassFast will preserve the more favorable documented entitlement.
The license does not transfer ownership. You may not resell, publicly distribute, scrape, bulk download, publish answer banks, share credentials, evade technical limits, reverse engineer protected portions, impair the service through automation, or use the content to train or evaluate a competing product without written permission.
Access, updates, and support
During the applicable access period, PassFast may correct errors, update tested-law content, improve features, and replace functionality with a substantially equivalent feature. If we materially reduce a paid entitlement, we will provide advance notice when practical and an appropriate continuation, replacement, extension, price reduction, or refund remedy based on the circumstances and applicable law.
Scheduled maintenance, security action, and events beyond reasonable control may temporarily affect availability. Support is available through the published channels but does not provide professional tax or legal advice or guarantee an immediate response.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate registration information, use a strong unique password, protect activation and reset links, and notify support promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law. We may require reasonable verification before changing account ownership, email, access, or purchase records.
Price, payment, tax, and activation
PassFast is the seller. Stripe processes payment and may collect payment and billing information under its own notices and contractual role. Checkout must show the plan, total one-time price, currency, applicable tax, included features, access duration, and when digital access begins.
Payment is due when the order is placed. A processor response does not by itself prove activation; the confirmation and account identify the purchased plan. Contact support promptly about duplicate charges, incorrect products, failed activation, or purchase errors. If an obvious pricing or product-description error is discovered before fulfillment, we may cancel and refund the order or ask you to confirm the corrected offer. We will not silently substitute a materially different product.
Immediate digital access and cancellation rights
Digital access begins immediately after successful payment and activation. Where applicable law makes an immediate start relevant to a withdrawal or cancellation right, checkout uses a separate affirmative request and acknowledgement. The order record preserves that choice with the accepted version and the durable confirmation repeats it.
If mandatory law provides cancellation, conformity, repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or another remedy, these Terms and the commercial guarantee do not replace it.
Refunds and the PassFast guarantee
A purchaser may request a refund within 30 days of purchase under the refund terms shown with the order. A published PassFast guarantee may provide additional rights subject to its stated eligibility, study or activity requirements, documentation, covered attempts, timing, and claim process. The more favorable applicable written order, refund, or guarantee term controls if the terms conflict. A commercial guarantee is additional to mandatory statutory rights and does not promise an exam result.
Sarah, AI, and educational outputs
Sarah and other AI features may generate incomplete, outdated, or incorrect output. Use them as study or support aids, review cited sources and the current tested-law period, and escalate account, billing, privacy, or consequential questions to human support. Do not submit Social Security numbers, tax returns, government identification, bank or payment-card data, or confidential client information.
AI output is not tax, legal, accounting, investment, or representation advice and must not be used to prepare or sign a filing, advise a client, or communicate with a government agency without independent qualified review.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Services unlawfully; interfere with security or availability; probe or access another person's account; upload malicious code; harass others; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; misrepresent affiliation or exam outcomes; or use PassFast content for unauthorized commercial distribution. Security research requires prior written authorization.
Intellectual property and feedback
PassFast and its licensors retain rights in the Services, software, design, questions, explanations, course material, trademarks, and compilations, except for public-domain or third-party material identified as such. You retain rights in content you submit. You grant PassFast only the rights reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and lawfully improve the requested Service, subject to the Privacy and Cookie Notice. Feedback may be used without compensation, but it does not transfer ownership of unrelated submitted content.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, a security incident, nonpayment or payment reversal, unlawful conduct, credential sharing, material misuse, or a material breach. Except when urgent action is needed, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure. You may appeal through support.
If PassFast permanently ends a paid Service without a substantially equivalent continuation, we will provide an appropriate extension, replacement, price reduction, or pro-rated refund for the unavailable portion, subject to the more favorable written guarantee and mandatory rights. Necessary order, tax, fraud, security, dispute, suppression, and backup records may be retained after account closure as described in the Privacy and Cookie Notice.
Third-party services and privacy
Stripe and other providers supply components of the Services. PassFast remains the seller of the advertised PassFast product. External links may have separate terms and notices. The Privacy and Cookie Notice describes information handling and choices. It is not a contractual waiver or blanket consent.
Disclaimers and liability
PassFast aims to align content with the stated testing season and cited sources, but the IRS, PSI, law, and exam may change. Except for the written guarantee and rights that cannot be waived, we do not guarantee passing, enrollment, employment, income, client outcomes, or uninterrupted availability.
Neither party excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. For a consumer, PassFast is responsible for reasonably foreseeable direct loss caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss caused solely by misuse, unauthorized account sharing, unsupported professional reliance, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in this section limits mandatory digital-content, refund, guarantee, privacy, or consumer remedies.
Governing law and disputes
Contact passfast@eaexam.co first so we can try to resolve a concern. Florida law governs these Terms to the extent it can lawfully apply, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections available where the consumer lives. A claim may be brought in any court with lawful jurisdiction. These Terms do not require arbitration, waive participation in a class or representative action, or shorten a legally available claim period.
Changes to these Terms
We will version and date these Terms and give at least 30 days' advance notice of a material change where applicable. Changes apply prospectively. A material change to an existing paid entitlement, guarantee, dispute process, or other contractual right will not reduce that right without the notice and affirmative agreement required by law. Continued browsing alone is not assent where affirmative agreement is required.
General
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. PassFast may assign these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, or sale while preserving applicable purchaser rights; a purchaser may not transfer an individual account without permission. Electronic records and signatures may be used where lawful. The accepted version, order disclosures, and any more favorable written refund or guarantee term form the agreement for that order.
